A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant’s trading of philophones

A. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant’s Defendant’s operation “D” container office located in D, demanding E to dry up KRW 700,000, and purchase Metepops (hereinafter “philops”) from E at the same time as E purchased at the same place as E on the same day; and purchase 0.8g of philops that E purchased from F at the same time;

(b) at the same place as early April 2013, demanding E to dry and purchase 1,400,000 philophones at the same place and on the same day, purchase 1.7g of philophones purchased by E from EF at the same place as the same day;

C. On May 2013, E requested E to purchase 70,000,000 won in a single place and purchase philophones at the same time and on the same day, E purchased approximately 0.8g of philophones purchased from F at the same place on the same day.

2. The Defendant: (a) the delivery of philophones;

(a) deliver approximately 0.03g of oponphones purchased to E at the same time and place as paragraph 1(a) in a single-use copon, with paragraph 1(a);

(b) deliver approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from E on the date, time, at a place, as referred to in paragraph 1(b), in a single-use injection machine, without compensation;

(c) deliver approximately 0.03g of c. 0.03g of philphones purchased to E at the same time and place as paragraph (1)(c) in a single-use c.

D. On May 2013, 2013, approximately 0.06g of philophones purchased from the above container office to E, as referred to in paragraph 1(c), were given free of charge in a disposable injection machine.

3. The Defendant:

(a) On March 2013, 2013, approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased at the above container office as referred to in paragraph (a) of paragraph 1 were dilutiond with raw water and administered once into the blood tubes to the right by using a disposable injection device;

B. On March 2013, approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased at the above container office as referred to in paragraph 1(a).
