Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2019, the Defendant posted the title of "Guidance" in the name of the representative of each Dong of 12 occupants' representatives at the 11th floor of the above apartment complex in the Busan Young-gu B apartment 19 and the elevator bulletin board. On March 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stated the victim C with "I am satisfy our apartment at the same time by inciting the 12th occupants' representatives; (b) without paying reproduction expenses; and (c) "I am clean as in the shipbuilding era as in the above, such as without paying reproduction expenses, and making the service company president with pressure telephone," and "I ambling the audit report on the 19th floor of the Busan Young-gu B apartment 19 advisory members on the ground of two auditors at the expense of permission," and (d) prepared a report on the results of audit and inspection from September 30, 2017 to the Labor Relations Commission for the purpose of interfering with C17 works."

However, the fact that the above D was found to have been unfairly dismissed by the council of occupants' representatives when the defendant was the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives, and the victim was involved in the lawsuit of the Labor Relations Commission, and there was no fact that the restoration was led.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
