Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative of apartment building B, and the victim C (the victim C) is a person who has submitted a written petition to dismiss the defendant.

B Article 20(5) of the Management Rules on Apartments shall provide the party requested to dismiss with an opportunity to vindicate for five days, and the reasons for the removal and the materials submitted by the party concerned (limited to the case of submission).

(1) The term “the occupants, etc. of the relevant constituency shall be open to the public for seven days,” and the Defendant was willing to impair the honor of the victims who submitted a written petition for dismissal in accordance with the foregoing provision while submitting explanatory materials.

On September 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at his own house of Daegu Dong-gu apartment, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu; (b) the victim was dissatisfied with the duties of the council of occupants' representatives; and (c) the Defendant: (d) the Defendant had a minor dispute with Ddong occupants E before 2014 with the intention of entering the council of occupants' representatives; (c) the Defendant filed a complaint with E for a minor price less than the head due to E; and (d) the Defendant did not receive any diagnosis by borrowing it; (c) the Defendant filed an arbitration with the agreed money; (d) on March 14, 2017, the Defendant did not file an application for attending the council of occupants' representatives; and (e) even if the Defendant selected a fair and fair evaluation after examining documents according to the wishes of the representatives of the housing management operators, the Defendant sent the defective company’s selection to the council of occupants' representatives under the name of the apartment group F; (e) the Defendant sent the notice to the above election commission.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts.
