The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company that runs construction business, subcontracted construction business, etc.

The contract price (unit: KRW 100,000,000 for Hdong New Construction Project B 200,000,000 from November 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018, Jdong Construction Project B 100,000 for Jdong New Construction Project C 10,000,000 won

B. On November 1, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) from Gwangju City E (Fdong Site); (b) from Gwangju City (Fdong Site); (c) from G (Hdong Site); and (d) from G (Hdong Site); and (b) from K (Ldong Site); (c) the construction of multi-households on the ground of each building (hereinafter referred to as “new construction works”; and (d) the Plaintiff received the supply of and demand for each new construction works as follows:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant contracts”). The contract amount (unit: value-added tax separately) of the unit of construction of the former unit of construction (unit: KRW 40,000,000 from November 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018, Hhoho Ho Ho-dong Hho Ho-dong Hho Ho-dong 40,000,000 won 50,000,000 Ldong Hoho-dong Hoho-dong Haho-dong Haho-dong Corporation

C. On November 1, 2017, the Plaintiff subcontracted to M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”) each of the new construction works of this case (hereinafter referred to as “Shoho Lake Construction”) as follows when referring to the title of each of the new construction works of this case. In total referring to the title of each of the new construction works, the Plaintiff subcontracted each of the construction works of this case as follows.

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant subcontract”). From December 21, 2017 to November 30, 2018, Hdong New Construction Project B, Jdong C, from December 21, 2017 to October 31, 2018, for which no change is made, to the contract price of the former subcontractor during the construction period. From December 21, 2017 to October 31, 2018, Jdong New Construction Project C, from December 21, 2017 to September 30, 2018.

D. On March 1, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into each of the instant contracts with B, C, and D, with each of the following changes:

H-dong Changho Construction Project, the contract price of the former unit of construction, was changed from November 1, 2017 to November 30, 2018.
