A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 147"

1. On March 9, 2016, the Defendant, on March 9, 2016, assumes the name of the staff of the Korean National Bank Gebing Branch No. 2228, 2224, the same number of right lines at Suwon-si, the Defendant would be able to obtain a loan by creating a corporation’s account and transferring it to the corporation’s account, thereby making it possible for the Defendant to obtain a loan.

In relation to “B” with high contact, B opened two national bank accounts in the name of “B” and opened two (D) accounts in the name of the representative director, and notified B of passbooks, check cards, and security cards connected to the said account at the above-mentioned national bank’s inciting parking lots.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the access media necessary for electronic financial transactions to another person.

2. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a revenue farm account (F) in the name of Kiwon Livestock Co., Ltd. in the name of Kiwon Livestock Co., Ltd., Ltd., 14-12, a 47-hon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Inc.; (b) notified the head of Tongwon Livestock Co., Ltd., which was connected to the said account at the Y-si, Yan Agricultural Co., Ltd.’s parking lot; and (c) notified the head of Tong, kn, and security card to B as described in the said paragraph.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the access media necessary for electronic financial transactions to another person.

3. On July 22, 2016, the Defendant established a water source livestock account (G) in the name of Suwon Livestock Co., Ltd., as set out in the above paragraph (2), at the Dog-Feng Livestock Co., Ltd., the Defendant around July 22, 2016, and notified the head of Tong, cream card, and security card connected to the said account at the parking lot of the said Dog-feng Livestock Co., Ltd., at the above paragraph (1), to B as described in the above paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the access media necessary for electronic financial transactions to another person.

No person of "2018 Highest 216" shall transfer or take over any access medium in using or managing the access medium.

On November 26, 2016, the Defendant made the transaction details for three days from the person who was in the name of the Defendant.
