1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,232,698 as well as 5% per annum from September 11, 2012 to February 4, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 14, 2011, “82 million won” was drawn up between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on April 30, 2011, namely, “C (Defendant husband, death on October 2, 2012)” and “the due date for payment.”
B. C and the Defendant paid a total of KRW 47 million to the Plaintiff, KRW 12 million on March 31, 201, and KRW 35 million on May 7, 2011.
After that, from July 7, 201 to September 10, 2012, the remaining loans of KRW 35 million were paid in total 25,300,000 for the interest rate of KRW 35 million (monthly) and partial repayment of principal.
The remaining loans as of September 10, 2012 are KRW 22,232,698.
