1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 345,931,780 and KRW 240,848,032 from October 13, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. From September 2008, the Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 325,540,000 to the Defendant several times.

On August 24, 2010, the defendant prepared and delivered the repayment plan to the plaintiff.

* 50,000,000 won on October 30, 2010, 50,000,000,000 won on November 30, 2010, and 225,540,000 won on December 30, 2010, respectively.

* Even for the above one case, the due interest for the full amount of the obligation shall be lost and the overdue interest shall be paid 20% per annum.

As part of the principal and interest, the Defendant paid KRW 100,000,000 to the Plaintiff on July 11, 201, respectively, and KRW 100,000,000 on October 12, 2015.

A. The amount of the Defendant’s repayment was each appropriated in the order of overdue interest and principal until the date of repayment.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the principal and interest 345,931,780 won (= principal 240,848,032 won) remaining as the result of the final appropriation of performance, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 13, 2015 to the date of full payment, for the principal amount of KRW 240,848,032.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
