On March 2014, the Defendant infringed the copyright of the said copyright holder by publicly transmitting it to the public so that it can be used by the public, and thereby infringing the copyright of the said copyright holder by having the literary work of the said copyright holder done on the Internet file creation site (www.ftil April 2, 2014, “D”, a copyright holder’s literary work, at the Defendant’s home, Busan Youngdo B apartment 403, 1007, 1007, without obtaining permission from the copyright holder.

On March 2014, the Defendant infringed on the author’s property right by putting a literary work on the Internet file site (www.fil joint and several pages: 2341591, file name: 1-7 mpppon) that was published by (i) the neighboring right holder at the Defendant’s home, Busan Youngdo B apartment 403, 1007, 1007, the Defendant’s house, and (ii) the “military unit hours” published by (ii) the neighboring right holder, and (iii) the file name: 2341591, 2341591: military unit hours: 1-7 mppon) so that the public can download and use it, as described in the attached list of crimes.

3. On March 2014, the Defendant visited the Defendant’s home located in Busan Youngdo-gu B apartment 403 1007, the Defendant infringed the Defendant’s author’s property right by means of public transmission, by making it possible for many unspecified members of the above site to download the computer files on a screen (posted number: 23417836, file name: 23417836, file name: 231-13.zpe) where the “F”, which is a copyrighted work of the victim E, is stored.
