A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1393] On October 5, 2013, at around 23:08, the Defendant sought victims on the ground that the victim F (n, 54 years of age) was a woman-friendly room of the Defendant before the victim f (n, n, 54 years of age) coming from the Ecafeteria located in Daegu Suwon-gu D, the Defendant suffered injury, such as a 6 weeks of treatment of the victim G (48 years of age) when considering the face and side of the above victim G (n, 70cm in length, 20cm in diameter) and the face of the above victim G (n, 48 years of age), which is the husband of the above victim F, suffered injury, such as a fry walone, etc., which requires approximately four weeks of treatment. The Defendant made an injury to approximately three weeks of the victim’s f.m., by inserting the F.

[204] On October 5, 2013, at around 23:08, the Defendant: (a) followed the Defendant’s women’s friendliness and F before the Defendant was sitting together with G and F in the outdoor table table in front of the E-cafeteria operated by the Victim H, which was located in Daegu Suwon-gu D; (b) took a large interest to the Defendant’s female friendliness and F before he was sitting together with G and F; (c) did not take a chemical, and (d) took a bath with Aluminum pipe, and “Is any e-mail,” and “Is any e-mail.” (c) took a disturbance, such as getting the customers who were at the above frequency of meal to leave it, thereby interfering with the victim’s restaurant business by force.
