A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

2. On February 3, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) from February 17:20, 2017 to around 2 km from the road front of the 57-2 Dom-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, to the road front of the 330 Cheongcheon-ro, Seoul.
