1. At around 13:30 on June 29, 2010, Defendant A, while boarding a bicycle on the bridge in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, he discovered that the f X-gu car driven by the victim E was emitted from the underground roadway and caused an intentional contact with the insurance proceeds.
