Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:41 on January 17, 2013, the Defendant driven a 700-meter B K5 car from the roads near the Hongkdong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Hongk University to the roads 397-5, Dong Dong-dong 397-5 of the same Gu while under the influence of alcohol content 0.170%.
