Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2013, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven a Bra vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.074% from the 1km section from the front of the restaurant to the road of about 397-5, Mapo-gu, Seoul, in which the trade name in Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul is unknown.
