A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won on November 26, 2004 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the credit support by the Suwon Friwon on November 26, 2004, a fine of two million won on January 13, 2005 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), from the same support on April 5, 2007, as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), under the same support on April 5, 2007, 8 months of imprisonment, suspension of execution two years, and May 28, 2007, from the same support on May 26, 2007 to a fine of three million won (non-licensed driving) due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), imprisonment with prison labor on June 26, 2013, and imprisonment with prison labor on August 28, 2016, respectively.

On April 5, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months and on February 5, 2016 in the same court on the same day on the same day on August 18, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the U.S. Vocational Training Prison on August 18, 2016. On November 8, 2016, the Defendant driving the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 17:50 on November 8, 2016, and operating the said car at the entrance of D in C at the time of operating the games, at the evis-side.
