A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 200,00,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Changwon District Court through the Changwon District Court on June 22, 2017. The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) on October 11, 2017. In the same support on July 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5,00,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 20,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), such as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the same support on March 3, 2011.

[2] On March 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) who violated a provision prohibiting driving of alcohol twice or more; (b) driven a Maz car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.082% alcohol concentration in blood without a vehicle driver’s license on the section of about 18km from the 18km to the road in front of the Gansan National University in the vicinity of the Gansan National University, Gannam-do, Gancheon-do, Gan-do, Gan-do.
