Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2016, at around 08:24, the Defendant discovered and stolen a static bank which contains a sum of KRW 4,50,000,00,000, including the 1st, 200,000,000,000 won in a test color lux, and 4,50,000,000,000 won in a test color lux.
