A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 30, 2014, the Defendant entered into a consignment contract for mobile communications devices with the victim C Co., Ltd. and operated D Co., Ltd. in the same year, while engaging in the business of selling mobile phone devices and receiving fees.

A. On August 5, 2014, the Defendant sold mobile phone devices SHV-E370K (Cut number G) to F, and used the mobile phone price of KRW 259,600 for personal purposes, such as living expenses, etc. around that time while working for the victim.

From that time until February 21, 2016, the Defendant shall list the list of offenses in attached Form.

1. As indicated in the statement, the total sales amount of KRW 43,987,550, which was in custody of the mobile phone devices over a total of 110 times, was consumed in mind.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property in his occupational custody.

B. The Defendant disposed of the mobile phone devices without going through the regular process, in accordance with the consignment sale contract concluded with the victim, without going through the process, and had the victim use the proceeds.

On June 4, 2015, the Defendant disposed of two cell phones 6(AIP6-16SV mobile phones) cell phones 1,579,600, total market value of the victim, which was put into custody and kept in the above corporation E, without going through a regular procedure.

From that time to February 11, 2016, the Defendant shall list the list of offenses in attached Form.

2. The sum total of 49,459,300 won of the market price entered over 31 times, as described in the statement, was disposed of without permission by the same method.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property in his occupational custody.

C. On February 19, 2016, the Defendant collected KRW 570,280 from customers who found in the above stock company E, and stored for the victim, while working for the victim, he/she was in custody at the time of that time.
