A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:10 on December 29, 2018, at night, entered the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Busan, the Defendant: (b) opened a cafeteria in excess of the above cafeteria and opened an unrecied main door; (c) opened a cooling house installed therein; and (d) opened a racker and a smell in it; and (d) used gas burner and smells in the kitchen, the victim’s market located therein, to take the 10,000 won of the total market price of the victim’s ownership, and used gas burner and smells in the kitchen; and (d) carried one bit and a bec, the market price at which the victim owns.

2. On December 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered a restaurant in excess of the above restaurant gate and opened a cream for women’s toilets that were not corrected to the kitchen; (b) opened a cooling house installed therein; and (c) attempted to rescue the chills located therein; but (d) arrested the police officers who arrived upon receiving the victim’s report, and arrested the police officers in receipt of the victim’s report.

3. Around 07:00 on April 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of “F” post office post office card lost by the Victim G in front of “F” in the window E of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) but did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property that he left the possession of the victim without taking necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

From around 18:19 on April 2, 2020, the Defendant violated the Credit Card Use Fraud or Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) in the operation of the Victim I located at H at the window of Changwon-si, paying the amount for use by using the unmanned settlement machine installed therein; (b) without authority, put the G card obtained as described in paragraph (3) into the unmanned settlement machine; and (c) recognize the information on the said card, and settle the amount equivalent to 50,000 won continuously; and (d) settle the same year.
