The judgment of the court below is reversed.
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. The lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.
B. The Prosecutor’s sentence of the lower court is too unhued and unreasonable.
2. An ex officio determination prosecutor made the victim fall under the ground and caused the victim's injury, such as an acute trauma booming one with no open address for about 20 weeks in the facts charged of the instant case, "The victim was suffering from an injury (which is likely to go to the state of vegetable human being) such as an acute trauma booming one with no two open wound, a par-top one with no two open wound wounding one, a par-top one with the other, a par-top one with the other." The victim was removed from the ground, and thereby, at around 15:45 on June 17, 2014, at the small-top hospitals located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon, and 27 on June 15:45, 2014, "The victim was affected by the death of the victim," and "the victim was affected by the amendment of a bill of amendment to the indictment," and each court was no longer subject to the permission.
3. Therefore, the judgment of the court below is reversed under Article 364(2) of the Criminal Procedure Act without examining the grounds for appeal on unfair sentencing by the defendant and the prosecutor, and the judgment below is again reversed and it is again decided as follows through pleading.
Criminal facts

1. Except for the addition of “Death Certificate,” it is identical to each corresponding column of the judgment of the court below, and thus, it shall be quoted in accordance with Article 369 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
