Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a wing and cargo vehicle B.

On April 15, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicles around 12:10, and led to the straight-line intersection of the narrow-distance street in the Han-si, Han-si, Han-si, Han-si, Jeju, to the Han-do square-section.

At the time, the Defendant, by negligence in violation of the signal at the time, shocked the part of the victim C (hereinafter referred to as 28 years old) driving the said intersection from the right side of the cargo driven by the Defendant to the left side of the cargo driven by the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as 28 years old) to the left side of the cargo driven by the Defendant.
