On April 21, 2020, the defendant's refusal to disclose information against the plaintiff is revoked.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On January 6, 2020, the Plaintiff received a complaint against C on duty at night at the B police station (hereinafter “instant complaint”) containing five suspected facts such as fraud, etc. (hereinafter “instant complaint”).

B. On January 14, 2020, the instant accusation case was distributed to the D police officer affiliated with the Economic2 Team of the B police station on January 14, 2020, and the case was changed to the E police officer affiliated with the Economic3 Team on February 28, 2020.

C. On March 11, 2020, the instant case filed a complaint was investigated by the Defendant on March 11, 2020, and (1) on March 16, 2020, the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office prosecuted the facts of the attempted fraud, and (2) on March 18, 2020, sent the remainder of the suspected facts to the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office by reasoning that there is no suspicion. The Incheon District Prosecutors' Office requested a summary order of KRW 1 million for the facts of the attempted fraud in accordance with the above opinion on March 18, 2020, and issued a disposition that there is no suspicion against the remainder of the suspected facts.

On March 25, 2020, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for disclosure of information as stated in attached Form 2, and the Defendant, on March 30, 2020, made disclosure as to attached Table 21-3 to the Plaintiff. However, as to Article 9(1)4 and 6 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”), the Plaintiff rejected disclosure based on Article 9(1)4 and 6 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).

(2) On April 6, 2020, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the revocation of the previous disposition of this case as the court 2020 Guhap51611 on April 6, 2020. The court rendered a decision that the previous disposition of this case was revoked on July 10, 2020, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on July 31, 2020.

E. On April 17, 2020, the Plaintiff again requested the Defendant to disclose to the public an investigation including the period of service of the team members from January 1, 2019 to the date of each team organization. The Defendant’s investigation and organization by team as of April 21, 2020 to the Plaintiff on April 21, 2020.
