1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 8,867,955 as well as the interest rate from May 24, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendants with an amount equivalent to KRW 47,316,135, Apr. 18, 2019, but the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 8,867,955 among them.

According to the above, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 8,867,95 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from May 24, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the application for the payment order of this case.

2. Conclusion, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case is accepted as reasonable.
