1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50 million and the interest pertaining thereto from October 24, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. On June 10, 2019, the Plaintiff decided to lend KRW 100 million to the Defendants, but only lent KRW 50 million.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 50 million and 12% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 24, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
