Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the home of the Defendant in Gwangju-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju-gu; and (b) notwithstanding the fact that the victim D (3) was married twice, the Defendant had not been married twice; (c) on the part of the victim E and his mother F, the Defendant referred the victim to “D has been married twice or more before marriage with E.
