1. The Defendant received on April 3, 2008 from the Daegu District Court with regard to the Plaintiff’s 216 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

1. Basic facts

On April 3, 2008, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership preservation (hereinafter “registration of ownership preservation”) under the Daegu District Court No. 4479 on April 3, 2008, receipt of the Ulsan District Court’s receipt of the Ulsan District Court’s receipt of registration office.

D. The instant land is divided into the area of 714 square meters in JJ-gun, Ulsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “Before subdivision”). On November 15, 1994, the said land was divided into the area of 290 square meters in JJ-gun, Ulsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and the area of 208 square meters in K, and the area of 214 square meters in C (the instant land).

E. The title holder of the land in the order of G-L-A (Plaintiff) and the title holder of the land in the order of G-M, and the title holder of the land in the order of G-B Saemaul Association (Defendant) was changed in the order of G-B Saemaul Association (Defendant).

F. The Plaintiff’s reference is a net L, and the Plaintiff is one of the heirs of the network L.

G. There are certificates of forest sale (No. 6) stating that the purchaser’s L, the object of the sale is sound (the intermediate part is presumed to be French or N) forest, the lot number is J, the area is 216 square meters (66 square meters) and the date of preparation is the year Arain (1964 and the date of preparation appears to be the year A. 6).
