1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) C on June 22, 1987, the change of rights to each of the instant lands, etc.: (a) on the part of D on June 22, 1987, the E-Gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Ulsan-do (hereinafter “the land before the instant subdivision”).

(C) On October 13, 1987, the Daegu District Court received the Ulsan District Court’s receipt of registration office, and completed the registration of ownership transfer of D’s name as to the land prior to the instant subdivision on December 8, 1987, as the Plaintiff’s receipt of the said registration office. 3) On December 14, 2001, the land prior to the instant subdivision is the same as the land in question, namely, the E-do in Chungcheongnam-gun in Chungcheongnam-do and the F-do in Chungcheongnam-gun in Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “F-do”).

2) On July 7, 2014, the Plaintiff was divided into “E” and the Plaintiff was 18 square meters in size on July 7, 2014 (hereinafter “instant E”).

(2) The G land in this case is one of the instant G land, and the two is one of the “each of the instant land” in this case.

4) The Ulsan-gun, on September 19, 2014, acquired the instant land E and the instant G land through consultation, and completed the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Ulsan-gun under the name of Ulsan District Court No. 8716 on September 22, 2014, as the receipt of the Ulsan District Court’s receipt of the Ulsan District Court’s receipt of the pertinent land.
