Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2014, at around 00:21, the Defendant driven a 100-hour B-off car from the parking lot of the bank located in Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-si to the front road located in the same Dong, in a state of alcohol of 0.126% of blood alcohol level.
