A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 9, 2014, around 15:40 on May 15:40, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed a cre in the “E” room operated by the victim D in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, where the victim’s surveillance is neglected, placed at the display room, and stolen the victim’s gold 18K bombs in one pre-owned bank in the market price of 250,000.
2. At around 17:00 on the same day as indicated in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant, at the “H” clothes store operated by the victim G in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, he was stolen by putting the victim’s in a bank a punishment of 30,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s possession, suffering from a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected in the above store.
