Punishment of the crime

A person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to not drive in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 17:10 on May 2, 2013, drive the above-mentioned vehicle at a speed of about 40 km from the Seoul to the end of the reinforcement of the road on the long-term underground road in the city of Kimpo-si on May 22, 2013.

Around 17:10 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driving of a vehicle of approximately 5 km from the front of a mutual influent restaurant located in the Yang-si, Yangpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the front of the long-term underground vehicle located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.162%.
