Criminal facts

On April 13, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court, to a fine of two million won on April 5, 201, to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), to a fine of two million won on September 27, 201, to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), to a suspended sentence of one year on September 27, 201.

On October 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years in the Gwangju District Court to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving), and completed the execution of the sentence in the Heung prison on May 22, 2016. On October 10, 2018, the Defendant violated two or more provisions on prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol, and once again drives CM5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol while under the influence of approximately 0.351% of blood alcohol concentration in the section of about 25km for about 25 meters from the Defendant’s house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. D to the 68km-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-Eup.

On November 13, 2018, the Defendant, who violated two or more provisions concerning prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol, once again, was under the influence of alcohol of about 35km from the section of about 0.333% of blood alcohol concentration at the distance of about 35km to the road front of 157km in the name of the Busan East Sea Highway, Kimhae-si, Busan, without a driver’s license, at around 13:35 on November 13, 2018.
