A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[208. On February 29, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Seoul Eastern District Court to a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On February 18, 2009, the Incheon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On January 11, 2013, the Seoul East Eastern District Court issued a summary order of KRW 6 million, respectively.

(Criminal) On June 15, 2013, at around 10:28, the Defendant driven a Cgner vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.058% without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do prior to 186-13, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the 440-day road in Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

2. No automobile owner who operates an automobile for himself, such as the owner of an automobile violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, shall operate any automobile on the road where no mandatory insurance is subscribed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle not covered by the insurance by driving the car with the above laps, which is its own owner, which is not covered by the mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in the foregoing paragraph 1.
