The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on “E” page located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul on July 10, 2017, on the part of the victim F (the 32 years of age) of a private person F (the 32 years of age) with respect to financial management losses; (b) on the part of the victim’s head, the Defendant collected the instant World Cup containing a ice coffee toward the victim; and (c) assaulted the victim on the part of the victim’s body by pushing the victim with the instant World Cup and document file.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. The victim expressed his intention not to punish him after the prosecution of this case

C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
