A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months, and a fine of 600,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 1996, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Suwon District Court on two years and six months, and on November 27, 2002, on December 28, 2004, for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on the grounds that he/she was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on December 28, 2004; on March 9, 2007, for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violence, etc. at Night Time), and on December 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Seongdong District Court on June 17, 2015 and completed criminal punishment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. at the Seongdong District Court.

1. On August 5, 2016, from around 04:08 to around 05:18, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) drinked alcohol in the “E” restaurant for about one hour by the victim D (n, 59 years of age) working in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul for the victim; (b) dumped the victim’s own body in the front direction of the victim without any justifiable reason; and (c) repeated the victim’s hump to the victim “scopia, flafing, flafing,” and forced the victim to sit on the Defendant’s side, sit the victim several times on the Defendant’s table; (d) dumped the victim’s face to the Defendant, she dumped the victim’s face; and (e) she dumped the victim’s face to the victim’s face; and (e) she appears to have taken the victim’s face to be flafed with the victim’s face.
