Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, I, and J, the 2017 Highestest 1296, arranged each other to operate a waste storage facility and a waste discharging business entity, and received fees. They knew that L from Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and three parcels of land illegally operate the waste storage facility, and knew that L is operating the waste storage facility, they received money from the waste discharging business entity to arrange for the waste discharging business entity.
1. Defendants B, A, and I’s joint crime is a waste discharger who operates a corporation N in Gldong M, and no one shall dispose of wastes in any place other than those prepared by the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province branch office, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, park, road, etc. to collect wastes;

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired in sequence on May 23, 2017, around 23:00, around 23:23:23; around 23:34; and at the above waste storage space, up to three times using the 25t cancer truck vehicle, dumped waste of a total of approximately 45t of business places kept by Defendant B without permission.
2. Defendants C, J, and I’s joint crimes are business operators operating vehicles of 25t strawlss and collecting wastes from both sides, and no one shall dispose of wastes in any place other than those prepared by the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the branch office of a Special Self-Governing Province, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, or the manager of a facility, such as a park or road, etc. to collect wastes;
However, Defendant J mediated Defendant C to waste disposal without permission in the illegal waste storage for the operation of the above LA introduced through Defendant I.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired in sequence to each other on May 23, 2017, and around 04:42.
