Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Vehicles entering facilities under the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act to transport livestock, crude oil, eggs, animal medicine, feed, foul waste, sking, and compost in violation of the Prevention of Contagious Diseases Act shall register the relevant vehicles with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the place where the vehicle is registered, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry;

In addition, the owner of a registered vehicle should install a device that wirelessly recognizes the access information on the relevant vehicle's livestock-related facilities as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Nevertheless, on February 8, 2017, the Defendant did not register D cargo vehicles entering the agricultural company located in Gwangju Mine-gu B with the competent authority for food eggs transport, and did not install a radio recognition device on the above vehicles without being registered with the competent authority.

2. Violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act;

(a) The livestock products, the standards for labeling of which are determined, shall be marked in compliance with such standards;

Nevertheless, on February 9, 2017, the Defendant sold food eggs without indicating the name of the place of business, the distribution time limit, etc. to many and unspecified persons within five days in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jinjin-gun, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 9, 2017.

(b) Any person who intends to sell livestock products shall be equipped with facilities meeting the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister and report to the Special Self-Governing Province branch office, Si/Gun/Gu

Nevertheless, from January 2, 2016 to February 8, 2017, the Defendant sold the unreported livestock products without reporting food eggs amounting to KRW 108,980,380, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table 5-day from around January 2, 2016 to February 5, 2017.
