Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the D'D' wholesale store in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

Any person who intends to engage in the business of collecting and selling edible eggs shall be equipped with facilities meeting the prescribed standards and shall report the business to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu and sell them.

However, from April 1, 2011 to October 8, 2015, the Defendant sold edible eggs to 232 business partners, including “Emb cafeteria” without reporting facilities and business that meet the set standards for food eggs collection and sale business.
