On June 6, 2019, the Defendant is a person driving the B B B B B-ray Track, and was driving on a section of about 500 meters from the front side of the D-ray to the front side of the F-ray in the next city E in the Hasan City, Hack-si without a motorcycle driver's license on June 6, 2019.
