Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Assembly and Demonstration Act from around 10:40 to around 11:05, on April 12, 2013, in the presence of 40 members of the members of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, including C&D joint and several members of the members of the organization, such as C&D, the participants of the assembly began to engage in military training and peace negotiations with the U.S., and one friet card stating “the U.S. would stop military training and start peace negotiations with the U.S.,” and 15 friet stating “the U.S. will not completely end the war for peace. War will not be complete.” The Defendant made the situation of the U.S., “The U.S. would have to negotiate with the North Korea, which is not the south of the North Korea,” and the Defendant’s “the U.S. would stop the negotiations and stop the war according to the Defendant’s practice.”

As above, the Defendant hosted an outdoor assembly that was not reported.

2. On May 9, 2013, the Defendant violated the Assembly and Demonstration Act from around 11:10 to 11:45 on May 9, 2013, 2013, in the presence of 30 members belonging to Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in the presence of 30 members, such as C&D jointly and severally, the participants in the assembly called “the Korea-U.S.A.A.A.A.A.A.A.S.A.A.A.A.A.S.A.A.A.S.A.S.A.A.S.A.A.S.A.A.A., the participants in the assembly were free to make a speech, and following the Defendant’s initiative, the participants in the assembly were released from “a war practice, peace negotiations, and peace negotiations,” and they released three boxes in the sign language square.

As above, the Defendant hosted an outdoor assembly that was not reported.
