Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a Jehovah’s Witness.

On December 9, 2014, the Defendant directly received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Seoul Regional Military Manpower Office to enlistment from the Defendant’s office located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, and from the 16th day of the same month, and did not enlist until the 19th day of the same month after the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
