A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to alcohol dependence, cerebral tension, detailed liverness, dynamic disorder, etc.:
