1. All of the appeals filed by the plaintiff as to the primary claim and the conjunctive claim changed in exchange for another court.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Status 1) The Plaintiff is the Incheon International J Hospital under H’s control (hereinafter “K Hospital”).
(2) On March 1, 1986, the Defendant continued to work as the nurse of the L Hospital, a telegraph of the K Hospital, and was dismissed on January 7, 2016 due to non-compliance with the work order and absence without permission.
