The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended separately.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 20:00 on April 3, 2012, Defendant A: (a) connected the E-site free bulletin board using computers at the Defendant’s home; and (b) obstructed the victim F’s writing column posted on the said bulletin board by G, with the victim F’s “H” in the name of “H”. At around 10:00 on April 2, 2012, Defendant B: (a) connected the Defendant’s workplace using the Defendant’s computer to a free bulletin board on the E website; (b) obstructed the victim’s comments posted on the said bulletin board in the name of “J” in the victim’s writing column; and (c) obstructed women who going through K’s meeting not by the victim’s group women, and are believed to go to go with the K commander; and (d) forced women to go on the chests of the front line and the rear line to take disciplinary action on today; and (c) caused the snow to go through the snow in the snow; and (d) did not go against the Defendant’s self-grason’s desire to live.
