Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 26, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:20 on June 26, 2015, obstructed the Defendant’s business, on the grounds that the Victim F did not cooperate in the tax investigation of the Defendant’s management company G at the E office of the limited company E office located in Yeongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the victim F, who was in the process of accounting, took a large voice to the said F, went to the said F, and the said F was moved to another place in the office by avoiding the Defendant, and the F took an action to keep the said F out of the waste source in the said place, and obstructed the F’s accounting work by force by forcing the said F to go to the said office.

B. The Defendant, who did not comply with the request from the above E’s director H to leave the above E’s office at the time and place of the above A’s paragraph, but did not comply with the request while doing the act like the above B.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the request to leave the managed building.

2. Upon the arrest of the representative director of the company E with limited liability, the Defendants and the Defendants entered the above office E in order to neglect the management right of the limited company E, but they were dismissed from the directors H and their employees of the above E, and there was a conspiracy to forced entry into the above office E with Defendant I, who is an employee of the Defendant K operated by Defendant A, to force him to enter the above office.
