1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,941,309 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 25, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff is a corporation that manufactures and sells medicines, and the defendant is a corporation that runs the wholesale business of medicines.

The Plaintiff supplied the medicine to the Defendant from December 1, 1987 to May 31, 2010. The remaining balance after the settlement of the transaction is KRW 26,941,309, including the price for general medicine and KRW 26,773,901, and the price for special medicine, KRW 167,408.

Accordingly, the plaintiff claims the defendant to pay the above amount of money and damages for delay.
