Reasons
1. Basic facts
A.F entered into a G contract with the Defendant as follows:
(1) Contract number: H and (2) Insured: F. F. Insurance period: From June 2, 2017 to June 2, 2018: 106,900 won: 5 million won for survivors’ benefits: Article 9 of the above contract provides for reasons for the payment of insurance proceeds as follows:

2. Judgment on the plaintiff's assertion
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the deceased was immediately adjacent to the accident site K and the M farm in L are harvested.
