A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, E, and F are workplace clubs, and Defendant B, G, and H are elementary school clubs.

On November 8, 2014, at around 00:30 on November 8, 2014, Defendants were faced with the shoulder of the J in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun.

1. Defendant B

A. When the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) and H have come to a trial with the other party, at the above date, at the above place, and as seen above, the Defendant took the face of the victim E (the age of 36) who frightened to drinking, and H took the tamp and tamp of the said victim from drinking to drinking and abridge, thereby taking about about 14 days to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with E, injured the victim.

B. The Defendant, E, and F violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) of Defendant, E, and F shared with each other, such as Defendant, E, and E, and F, at the above date, at a place, and the face of the victim G (25 years old) who was fighting, were walking along with the face of the victim, the victim was placed on the left-hand side of the victim in need of approximately six weeks medical treatment, and on the aggregate.
