The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is the representative director of the Company B (hereinafter “B”) established mainly for the purpose of drama, film, and musical production business.

On September 5, 2016, the Defendant extended KRW 2 billion to F, who is the executive director of D, at the office of the Victim D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”) and the Victim E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “victim”) located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building and nine floors (hereinafter referred to as “D,” and collectively referred to as “victim Co., Ltd.”), and paid the principal six months after the interest of 20% per annum.

(2) As a security, a right to claim the payment of sales proceeds of diskettes owned by a company that is a sales agent (hereinafter referred to as “H”) in order to directly receive the sales proceeds of G public performance diskettes from H, etc.

③ In making a false statement with the victim’s “pre-written consent” that the victim would not cancel or change any of the important contents of the G performance without the victim’s prior written consent. In other words, a loan agreement stating the intent thereof was made at a seat.

However, the Defendant: (a) at the time, the Defendant had no other property; (b) at the time, B had sales in KRW 15.6 billion in the year 2014; (c) but in the year 2015, the sales amount of “I public performance” due to the depression of the performance book and the Muars situation was rapidly reduced to KRW 9.4 billion; and (d) the net profit per year was the amount equivalent to KRW 67 billion in the sales amount as of September 30, 2016; (b) however, as of September 30, 2016, the monthly net profit of KRW 5.5 billion in the sales amount was the amount equivalent to KRW 276 billion in the sales amount; (c) as the monthly interest on loans or the operating expenses of the company, KRW 3 billion in the total amount of KRW 6.6 billion in the sales amount due to the aggravation of the performance-related debt; and (b) the performance hall was leased in order to rent G.
