1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. “C” is a company that performs performance, exhibit, or marketing, etc., and the representative of the company or the person who actually operates the company is D.
