A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with C and D (each juvenile protective disposition on January 28, 2014) who violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, raised money by introducing minors who wish to engage in sexual traffic and allowing them to engage in sexual traffic.

Accordingly, C introduced the youth F (n, 16 years of age) through friendship E, and recommended sexual traffic to the effect that “F may be punished by 300,000,000 won per month if sexual traffic is conducted together with us,” at the mutual coffee shop located in Seosan-si around 13:00 on December 13, 2013 to 14:00.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C and D for the business purpose, thereby soliciting the victim F, who is a child or juvenile, to become the counterpart in buying sex of a child or juvenile.

2. 성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등) 피고인은 C, D와 함께 자신들의 스마트폰에 '즐톡'이라는 응용프로그램을 설치하여 속칭 ‘조건만남’을 원하는 남성을 물색한 후, F가 그와 성매매를 하고 오면 1회당 5만 원을 주급 방식으로 지급하기로 공모하였다.

At around 20:30 on December 16, 2013, F had F engage in commercial sex acts with male and female workers on one occasion in the vehicle parked in the vicinity of HIel located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and around 21:00 on the same day, at around 21:00 on one occasion, and around 06:00 on December 17, 12.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C and D to arrange commercial sex acts.
