Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around August 2012, the Defendants conspired to raise money from Defendant A’s house located in the Gangnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, to a child or juvenile E (the age of 18) to engage in sexual traffic.
around August 2012, the Defendants recommended the above E, a juvenile, to “I am sexual intercourse at once with a male and to receive money from the Internet,” and instructed the E to have sexual intercourse with a man who wants to engage in sexual traffic by accessing the PC located in the F near the above temporary border, with E along with E, and accessing the Internet hosting site to “G”, and to contact E, with a man who wants to engage in sexual traffic, by informing E of the number of the F neighborhood address “H motherel” room with a man who wants to engage in sexual traffic, and by receiving 10,000 won from a male.
The Defendants received 100,000 won from E, which he/she received as the other party to sexual traffic at the F F PC near the above temporary border, from August 2012 to November 2012, the Defendants became the other party to the act of purchasing child and juvenile sex to E, who is a child and juvenile E, on about 70 occasions in the above manner, and received 10,000,000 won as the price for sexual traffic.
As a result, Defendants conspired to attract children and juveniles to become the counterpart in buying sex of children and juveniles for business purposes.
2. The Defendant, on January 1, 2013, recommended the above E to “I am in a sexual traffic. I am in a half-half of the amount of money to be sexual traffic,” and consented by E, around February 17, 2013, by accessing I, an Internet hosting site, from the mutual influence in Echeon-do, and had E receive 100,000 won from a man who wants to purchase sexual intercourse from the JM in EM in E-do.
